March 20, 1923 – January 24, 2014
Lora Marie Autry was born in the Brazos River bottom on March 20, 1923 to Jerry and Artie Mandrell. She lived most of her life in Robertson County. She went home to be with the Lord on January 24, 2014 at the age of 90.
She loved to garden, can, and give away her crops. She also loved making quilts and spending time with her family.
Marie is survived by her daughters, Betty McQueen of Bryan and Artie Tuttle of Calvert; three sons-in-law, Eddie McQueen of Sanger, Doug Tuttle of Calvert and Jimmie Waldrep of Franklin; sister, Valdree Burns of Tyler; 12 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren. She will be dearly missed.
