Vernon Wilson Jutson

Vernon Wilson Jutson, 88, of Hearne passed away Sunday, October 6, 2013 at St. Joseph Regional Healthcare. A visitation was held Wednesday, Oct. 9, from 6:00 to 8:00  p.m. at Heartfield-Ritter Funeral Home. A funeral service was held Thursday, Oct. 10, at 10:00 a.m. at Heartfield-Ritter Funeral Home. Interment  followed at Suggs Cemetery near Hearne. Services were officiated by Dana Altimore of Five Points Baptist Church in Hearne. Pallbearers were Patrick Tessman, Mike Tessman, Jerry Johnson, Leo Gonzales, Jackob McCarver, and Sonny Miller. Honorary Pallbearers were Jacky Jutson and Jimmy Richardson.  
Vernon was born in Carlos, Texas on January 21, 1925 to William Clarence Jutson and Trannie Davis Jutson. He was a retired mail carrier for the Hearne Post Office and served in the U S Army Airforces during WW II.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Bonnie Sims Jutson; brothers,  William C Jutson Jr, James Louie Jutson, Norman “ Jack “ Jutson, Wesly Jutson; and a sister,  Mary “ Louise “ Konecny.
Mr. Jutson  is survived by his sons and daughter-in-law, Vernon Wayne Jutson; and Ronnie and Georgia Jutson;  his daughter and son-in-law,  Debbie and Fred Tessman;  grandchildren, Brian Jutson, Rhonda Jutson, Jerome “Bull” Jutson and wife, Crystal; Jeremy “Runt” Jutson.;  great grandchildren,  Brianna Jutson, Courtney Jutson, Brian “B J “ Jutson Jr, Alexus Jutson, Britney Jutson, Jamarcus Jutson, Haley Jutson, Lesleigh Jutson, Tye Jutson and Kaitlyn Jutson; sisters, Audrey Inman, Lillian Ruth Price, and Barbara Nell Sloan; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives; and is long-time hunting buddy of almost forty years, Roy Ross.
Arrangements were entrusted to Heartfield-Ritter Funeral Home.
